The 6 Week Training Fundamentals Program was designed to kickstart or level up your training, and equip you with all the knowledge you need to continue successfully and safely with your lifting.
Upon successfully completing your 6-week Performotion course you will be able to comfortably transition to independent lifting with the full Below Parallel Program.

Our 6 Week Training Program Is Designed for Anyone:
- Who has some lifting experience but wants to get more technical with their training and focus on performance
- Is recovering from an injury or requires rehab work
- Is looking to get serious about competing in powerlifting, strongman, or similar pursuits
- Who just wants to get stronger, and do so safely with correct form and guidance
