6 Week Training Fundamentals Program

The 6 Week Training Fundamentals Program was designed to kickstart or level up your training, and equip you with all the knowledge you need to continue successfully and safely with your lifting.

Upon successfully completing your 6-week Performotion course you will be able to comfortably transition to independent lifting with the full Below Parallel Program. 

Performotion is a team of leading Accredited Exercise Physiologists based out of Below Parallel Barbell Club in Fortitude Valley.

With a focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation and performance for powerlifting, you’re in good hands.

Our 6 Week Training Program Is Designed for Anyone:

  • Who has some lifting experience but wants to get more technical with their training and focus on performance
  • Is recovering from an injury or requires rehab work
  • Is looking to get serious about competing in powerlifting, strongman, or similar pursuits
  • Who just wants to get stronger, and do so safely with correct form and guidance

What's Included

The 6 Week Program Includes:

  • 1 on 1 training session each week with a Performotion Accredited Exercise Physiologist
  • Weekly programming
  • For an additional $30 p/w full 24/7 Access to Below Parallel Barbell Club
  • Discounted gym membership at Below Parallel if you continue with Performotion
How Much Does It Cost?

The program costs $100 weekly. 

If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible to claim a rebate for a portion of the program cost.

Full 24/7 gym access can be added for just $30 per week extra

About Performotion

Performotion are a team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) in Fortitude Valley.

Performotion is owned and operated by head ex phys, Kelly Mann, who specialises in musculoskeletal rehab and performance for powerlifting. A former powerlifting coach, Kelly has worked with strength sport athletes from novice to elite level.

Kelly’s team is made up of Tom Haynes, AEP and Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach; Michael Bates, AEP and Personal Trainer, and Tom Warner, AEP and Personal Trainer.

Do one or more of your lifts feel like trash? Fix & Build is aimed specifically at rebuilding movement and strength with your squat, bench, deadlift, or overhead press movements.
